What data we process, and why

Readiness check and contact forms

When you fill in the readiness check or a form, we receive what you enter: first name, last name, work email, company, the customer or questionnaire involved, deadline, message, plus your readiness score and where your visit came from (ad campaign identifiers and UTM parameters). We use this to reply, assess your request and, if you wish, propose an engagement.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering companies that contact us. Retention: three years from our last exchange, unless an engagement is signed, in which case contractual and accounting retention rules apply.

The readiness score is an indicative calculation. It has no legal effect and no automated decision is made about you.

Booking a call

Calls are booked through lemcal (English pages) or Calendly (French pages). These services collect your name, email and chosen time slot, then pass them to us to arrange the call. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps. Retention: three years from our last exchange.

Running the site

Like any website, this one receives your IP address and technical information about your browser, which are needed to display pages. Fonts load from Google Fonts and the cookie module loads from jsDelivr, which sends your IP address to those services. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running the site.

Who receives your data

  • Microsoft 365: email;
  • jsDelivr: delivery of the cookie module.

If an engagement goes ahead, partners delivering it with us may receive the information they need, under a confidentiality commitment.

Transfers outside the European Union

Webflow, Google, Calendly and Microsoft are based in, or process data in, the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider participates in it, and otherwise on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
